1.1 Go Healthy & Co, a company based in Lugano, Switzerland (“Go Healthy & Co,” “we,” “us,” and “our”), provides a digital toolbox (the “Service”) through our mobile application (“App”) intended for use by individuals seeking to manage their mental health and well-being.
2.1 Definitions in these Terms:
– “Third Party Content” refers to content uploaded by users other than yourself.
– “Service” refers to the digital toolbox provided through the App, designed to support mental health management.
– “Your Content” is as described in section 10.1 of these Terms.

5.3 You’re responsible for account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
5.4 Report any security breaches immediately.
6.1 Access to the Service is free for patients; psychotherapists may fund access.
6.2 Service updates or new features shall also adhere to these Terms.
We implement rigorous security measures to protect sensitive data, including access controls, risk assessments, and a vulnerability management program.
Psychotherapists can subscribe to additional services. Terms include upfront payment and no refunds, with automatic renewal unless canceled.
9.1 A non-exclusive license to use the App for accessing the Service.
9.2 Intellectual property rights are reserved.
9.3 You’re responsible for content you upload; it must not infringe on others’ rights or the Rules of Acceptable Use.
9.4 Failure to comply with these rules may result in account termination and further actions.
10.1 You can upload content, which remains your responsibility. We may remove any content that breaches our policies.
11.1 The Service is for informational purposes and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
12.1 The App and Service are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
13.1 We collect personal information as necessary to provide the Service, committed to protecting your privacy as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
14.1 We reserve the right to terminate free accounts or subscriptions if terms are breached or for legal reasons.
15.1 Our liability is limited to losses directly caused by our breach of these Terms, not exceeding one hundred Swiss Francs CHF 100).
16.1 We are not liable for issues outside our control, such as network or device failures.
17.1 The App may be updated for various reasons, and continuing to use the App may require acceptance of such updates.
18.1 We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
We take precautions against malicious software but cannot guarantee complete security.
The App may include links to external sites, for which we are not responsible.
These Terms are between you and Go Healthy & Co, not with any App Store provider.
22.1 Contact us with any complaints. We encourage mediation for unresolved issues.
23.1 These Terms are governed by Swiss law, specifically within Lugano’s jurisdiction. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder. Assignment of these Terms is not permitted without our consent.
